Trainee - Marketing/Supply Chain/Sales
Ferrero Romania is launching a Trainee Program designed to attract and develop young talent with fresh perspectives and up-to-date knowledge. This 18-month fixed-term program offers graduates the opportunity to rotate across departments, contribute to meaningful projects, and explore career paths within Ferrero. The program aims to quick-start the careers of talented graduates within one of the most iconic names in the FMCG sector, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and exposure to real business challenges from day one. At the end of the program, graduates may be offered a permanent position within the team where they demonstrated the strongest fit and impact, allowing them to continue growing their career at Ferrero.
As a trainee in this program, you will participate in structured rotations lasting six months each across three departments. The program runs from April 2026 to September 2027, with rotations in Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial - Key Account Management. You will actively contribute to high-value projects that are aligned with your academic background and career aspirations. You will apply your recent academic knowledge to real-world business challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Throughout the program, you will receive structured guidance from your assigned supervisor, engage in regular feedback sessions, and take part in performance evaluations and development planning. At the end of the program, you will present your learnings and achievements to key stakeholders.
We are looking for graduates who have recently completed or are close to completing a degree in a commercial or business-related field, such as Economics or Marketing. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, combined with a willingness to learn and take on challenges. You should bring creativity and be comfortable with social media, as well as possess strong data analysis capabilities. An economics background is highly valued, along with problem-solving skills, agility, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. Technical and digital competencies are essential, particularly for those interested in process optimization and automation. Proficiency in English and familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Previous internship or part-time work experience is considered an advantage, but not a requirement. You should show enthusiasm for learning, adaptability to different work environments, and alignment with Ferrero’s values. You must be available to commit to the full duration of the program and be open to both remote and office-based work.
