As a Category Brand Manager on the global Kinder Joy team, Patricia works on brands that bring together chocolate and fun. After discovering her first Kinder Surprise in Brazil and later finding her path to marketing and motherhood, she now draws on those early memories to help create moments of joy for the next generation.

Introducing Mohammed, a driven professional from South Africa working in our Global Sales, Business & Development team. Mohammed's entrepreneurial spirit has been evident since childhood. Even as a young boy, he would upgrade and invest by selling his unwanted toys, igniting his passion for sales and business development.

Christopher is an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist whose early love of mathematics evolved into a passion for understanding what numbers really mean. Originally from Argentina, Fabiana is a Corporate Communications Sustainability Manager whose curiosity about languages and cultures began as a teenager studying Italian with her mother. Today she brings that same openness to her role, shaping how Ferrero’s sustainability messages are understood by diverse audiences around the world.

A Brand Social Responsibility Manager in the Premium Chocolate Category, Joana discovered Nutella as a teenager in Germany. Having grown up immersed in books, travel and imaginative play, she channels her curiosity and sense of adventure every day, within a team founded upon trust and shared objectives. 

Kanupriya is a CSU Area Manager who grew up in India eagerly waiting for Kinder Surprise to arrive from Europe to discover what was inside. Today her natural curiosity drives her to ask questions, understand consumers across cultures and translate their needs into clear direction for Ferrero’s brands in diverse markets. 

In leading Sales Business Development for North America, Kevin works to bring Ferrero’s ambitions to life across the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Inspired by childhood Halloweens spent trading candy for the most coveted chocolate bar, he now focuses on building programs that make Ferrero the brand people reach for first.

Lauro is a Kinder Bueno Brand Manager who still remembers Saturday afternoons as a child, when a Kinder Delice marked the true start of his weekend. Today he channels that same sense of anticipation into bringing ideas to life, enjoying a role where every day is different and constant interaction keeps him learning.

Lisa is a Senior Operations Projects Strategist for the Executive Chairman Team, overseeing the production process behind Ferrero’s innovation products. A childhood spent with Lego blocks shaped her curiosity for how things are made. She now helps guide new creations from concept to reality, including getting to taste new products and helping make them even better. 

A Food Safety and Quality Auditor, Manthan travels around the world to ensure Ferrero products meet the highest standards of quality and trust. His curiosity about how things work was deepened during his Food Technology studies in Canada, where a memorable gift of Ferrero Rocher chocolate eventually led to a career path safeguarding quality and trust.

Paolo leads Open Innovation for the Better for You team, driven by a curiosity that took shape in a small town in Northern Italy where questions often went unanswered. From bread with Nutella as a childhood reward to a career built on observing, testing and exploring the unknown, he now turns that restless quest into new ideas that challenge and expand the category.

Growing up in 1980s Poland, where Nutella and Kinder were rare treats, Patrycja developed a love for organization. Today, this helps her make sure that essential ingredients such as milk, sugar and hazelnuts are ready in Ferrero plants to keep production running smoothly. 

Born and raised in Alba, the original home of Ferrero, Silvia is a Quality Sensory Manager dedicated to safeguarding the taste and consistency of Ferrero products. Inspired by childhood memories of Kinder Surprise as a reward, she now leads sensory panels with the same passion she once felt as a young consumer.

Soukaina works as a Reward Manager in People and Organization, focusing on fair recognition and employee wellbeing. From after-school Nutella moments in Morocco to working within a truly global team, she brings her love of caring for others into a multicultural HR environment that thrives on understanding different perspectives.

Tim is Legal Counsel at Ferrero, drawing on a lifelong interest in problem solving to navigate complex projects and support diverse stakeholders. Childhood ferry trips meant discovering new Tic Tac flavours and the official start of his holidays and today, Tim applies that same curiosity when working to find clear and practical legal solutions for the company.

Will is an Area Trade Manager in Sales Business Development, supporting key European markets in driving growth. From Christmas mornings admiring Ferrero Rocher under the tree to practicing maths as his grandparent’s house, Tim brings his love for both into a role built on numbers, collaboration and shared success.
