Project Engineer
The Project Engineering team is responsible for all the activities related to designing and executing industrial investment projects, providing support as a technical point of reference during project execution and ensuring the capitalization of experiences on plants, looking for opportunities and ideas for improvement.
• Execute specification design activities, defining required technical features.
• Support the start-up of new machinery
• Oversee the technology diffusion among plants, within times, costs and quality standards defined (e.g. service level) for each order and ensures know-how transfer to the plant
• Be responsible for the execution of industrial investment projects
• Act as a technical point of reference during all project execution, including safety-related matters
• Oversee post-execution technical assistance activities to machinery
• Operate as a point of reference for the sourcing department, providing support in defining sourcing strategies, collecting and evaluating offers, and assessing and selecting suppliers
• Ensure a proper technical documentation for machinery and its continuous update
• Ensure the drafting of technical documentation related to the investment projects
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) or proven technical leadership and project engineering experience in project development and implementation
• Skills in industrial automation area will be considered a plus
• Ideally 2-3 years of work experience
• Experience in food packing industrial application will be considered a plus
• Good attitude for working in team and coordinating different internal stakeholders
• Problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Availability to frequent business trip and international mobility is mandatory

The base salary range for this position is $71,445 - $95,260 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
