Maintenance Planning Engineer
We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer who will be reporting to Maintenance Manager and based in our Duzce Plant. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for managing daily maintenance operations and play an important role in establishing a new plant.

⦁ Generate periodic maintenance plans and ensure their follow-up via SAP
⦁ Prepare maintenance instructions and maintenance plans for the electromechanical parts of the equipment and define in SAP PM module
⦁ Perform SAP order processes in coordination with Technical Purchasing department (generating purchasing requests by preparing specification and follow up)
⦁ Make assignments of non-urgent requests and requests to be planned via SAP PM module, organizing the spare parts to be used together with warehouse responsible
⦁ Organize the necessary maintenance plan, human resources, outsourced contractors and necessary spare parts to keep lines, machines and equipment in good/ready condition; coordinate the team with other departments
⦁ Complete the process within the targets by following the preventive, predictive and periodic maintenance activities in order to comply with the KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, etc.)
⦁ Prepare maintenance, energy, investment and efficiency budgets
⦁ Be responsible for the maintenance and operation activities of the facility Scada system
⦁ Prodive Support for new projects, line revisions, electromechanical and civil works in the facility
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
⦁ Preferably 2+ years of experience
⦁ Knowledge of 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing processes
⦁ Having excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and reporting skills
⦁ Ability to use AutoCad, SAP, MS Office
⦁ Advanced level both in English and Turkish
⦁ Residency in Duzce
