INTERNSHIP Global eCommerce Channel Insight (Starting from September)
As a Global eCommerce Channel Insight intern in Luxembourg, you will help shape how Ferrero understands and grows its eCommerce performance across markets.
You will work closely with the Global eCommerce Channel Insights Manager to turn complex sales signals into clear and usable insights.
Your mission: bring clarity that supports better decisions and creates measurable impact.
You will collect and consolidate eCommerce sales performance data from different markets and tools, then structure it in clear Excel templates. You will keep information consistent over time, and you will improve how data is stored, refreshed, and shared for day to day performance tracking.
Moreover, you will analyze sales results by category and customer, and you will craft concise reports. You will translate numbers into simple stories through Excel and PowerPoint while helping strengthen recurring reporting by making outputs easier to read and compare.
Finally, you will support market research and opportunity sizing for commercial planning. You will gather input from third-party data providers, then connect market growth to Ferrero growth. You will build clear views by category and customer, and you will propose opportunity areas that teams can explore and validate.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You will bring your educational background in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, and you apply your learning by working carefully with real datasets. You communicate clearly in English, and you can build presentations.
You can use Microsoft Office tools confidently, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you pay attention to structure and accuracy while improving templates.
You understand the basics of data analytics, visualization, and report generation, and you can use Power BI. You like to explore patterns, connect data to questions, and discover insights that help teams decide and grow.
If you want to build hands on experience with real eCommerce data and see how your insights can shape decisions, we invite you to apply!
