Sr. Channel Marketing Analyst, Grocery Regional
We have a current opening for a Sr. Channel Marketing Analyst, Grocery Regional and are actively reviewing applications.
As the Sr. Channel Marketing Analyst, Grocery Channel you will provide data-driven insights that help identify growth opportunities and inform key business initiatives. You’ll build compelling presentations to support company priorities, develop scorecards to track and analyze sales performance, and monitor category trends to uncover actionable opportunities within the grocery channel.
This position is hybrid, and can be located at the HQ offices in either Parsippany, NJ or in Chicago, IL and will report to the Director of Channel Marketing, Grocery.
- Support the “Chief of Staff” for the Grocery Leadership Team in the sales function for the channel
- Support the strategic sales agenda for the channel and influence the internal commercial sales team to ensure the right resources and investment levels to win in highly competitive marketplace.
- Lead the Grocery Channel team analyzing/Reporting/Presenting to Leadership in Winning the Seasons within Grocery
- Own the share out process to the Grocery Channel Sales VP/COS and work with Grocery Directors/NAMs to ensure the Grocery Sales teams are Properly forecasting both Volume/GSV$ to win Each Season vs. PY
- Execute & share out of the Grocery Season Workshops prior to frozen commitment & provide the Sell-in Story to Grocery Sales COS, VP, CCO, VP Sales OPS, Marketing/TM Leadership
- Work directly with Channel marketing Director during the Grocery Annual Budget process to ensure alignment on SAPTM Forecasting across all customers: Volume, GSV$, Trade % are aligned to Ferrero Sales Target
- Support Sales in the Story telling presentations on Alignment of Budget Bottom-Up process to Top-down target variances.
- Develop & Execute Grocery Sales Reporting Utilizing SAPTM to support the Grocery Team
- Manage/Lead the Sales Supply Allocation Process within the Grocery Channel
- Support the strategic sales agenda for the channel and influence the internal commercial sales team to ensure the right resources and investment levels to win in highly competitive marketplace.
- Develop and execute new and innovative scorecards to analyze business performance and complete ad hoc requests for the sales and leadership teams
- Provide & Present actionable insights on performance, trends and opportunities to the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and broker partners
- Analyze trade spend compared to sales performance and targets
- Utilize data sources (i.e., IRI, SAPTM, POWER BI, Retail Link, RSI, EYC, Retail Link, SAP) to analyze the data and create compelling sales stories
- At least 3 + years’ CPG experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business required; M.B.A. is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP TM, Blue Planner, Circana (IRI), Power BI
- Category management and data analytics experience
- Strong math, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Detailed oriented with solid planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely manner
- Ability to generate positive relationships and foster a team environment
- Strong organizational agility and relationship building a must
- Good communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
