Are you ready to kickstart your career in Sales and make a real impact from day one? As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment where learning and contribution go hand in hand. This is your chance to grow within a leading company while developing key skills in sales analysis, customer service, and business development.

In this role, you’ll support the team with insightful sales reporting across channels and categories, helping to shape proposals for clients and internal presentations. Additionally, you’ll assist in managing SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Business Planning & Consolidation, ensuring smooth administrative processes. From attending meetings to coordinating sample shipments and supporting demand planning, your contribution will be essential to the success of our promotional calendar and activities. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes and ensuring seamless coordination between Key Account Managers (KAMs) and other departments.

We’re looking for a proactive and curious individual with a strong analytical mindset. Whether you're a student or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering, this is a great opportunity to apply your academic background in a real-world setting. Advanced Excel skills are a must, and familiarity with SAP will be a plus. You should be comfortable working in Spanish and have at least an intermediate level of English.
