Product Marketing Manager, Little Brownie Bakers
We have a current opening for a Product Marketing Manager, Little Brownie Bakers and are actively reviewing applications.
The LBB Manager of Product Marketing is an important member of LBB team leading the development and execution of both Girl Scout Program rewards and Girl Scout cookies. The Girl Scout rewards program motivates and drives higher entrepreneur engagement in the annual Girl Scout Cookie program. Girl Scout cookies are the products that the Girl Scout entrepreneur sells in the Girl Scout Cookie program. This role focuses on leadership of the LBB Girl Scout rewards program and supporting elements of the cookie program working closely with the Director of Marketing.
Rewards:
· Own the design, development, and execution of the LBB Girl Scout rewards program.
· Build portfolio of items with concepts that reflect current trends and Girl Scout usage, partnering with the following teams: procurement for sourcing, the marketing agency for design, supply chain for distribution of items, finance for cost analysis, margins and recommended pricing, product premium suppliers to create items.
· Champion and manage through stage gate process.
Execute with excellence:
· Maximize potential for rewards through profitability and appeal to councils and entrepreneurs.
· Continuously evaluate program – number of items, categories, selling strategies
· Look for ways to drive efficiencies across development timeline to decrease time commitment to managing rewards portfolio.
· Ensure proper quality testing success and certification.
· Explore uses of technology to optimize program to best motivate entrepreneurs, balancing creativity with cost effectiveness.
· Work closely with GSUSA to manage development process and gain necessary approvals through Wrike online portal.
· Ensure rewards meet Girl Scout of the USA (GSUSA) guidelines while they also are unique and differentiated from competitive items.
· Present stage gate recommendations to the LBB leadership team to ensure full understanding and alignment with the company’s strategic vision and future forward focus.
Rewards Reimagined:
Use data-driven insights to reimagine and evolve Rewards Program for relevancy, modernization and motivation for the diverse Girl Scout entrepreneurs.
· Share and propose strategic ideas for future growth.
Cookies: Lead cross-functional project team for base cookies projects, packaging, graphics updates.
· Responsible for executing and reviewing packaging changes.
· Manage certification updates and payments.
· Assist with innovation development and cross functional team.
· Partner with Insights team to bring relevant learnings to LBB, GSUSA & Councils. Work with insights to deliver quarterly cookie category updates to LBB team. Work with insights to share key learnings in annual studies: Brand equity, Cookie category
· Assist with customized research
Licensing: Track GSUSA licensed products and share updates with team. Potential to lead product development and commercialization.
Responsible for AP – PO creation (shared with Digital Marketing Manager).
Valuable contributing member of LBB Marketing Team to work cross-functionally together on initiatives to build LBB value.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role with an advertising, marketing, or creative agency or related business.
• Possesses strong project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment and the ability to prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
• Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills for decision-making, prioritization, and proactive planning
• Team player who builds diverse, inclusive relationships and develops synergies across boundaries
• Accountable for results through being effective in the decision-making process
• Possess entrepreneurial mindset; embracing innovation, demonstrating agility, commitment to continuous learning
• Possess a keen sense of creativity, high attention to detail
• Strong excel & PowerPoint skills
• Girl Scout experience a plus!

The base salary range for this position is $108,000.00- 132,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
