We are looking for a Plant Food safety and Quality Manager to ensure quality and safety. of products, inputs and production processes in accordance with the company's requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of quality and food safety through the 4 pillars of the industrial team:
- Incoming of raw materials, packaging materials, toys and final goods.
- Physical & chemical, microbiological and sensorial laboratories
- Food safety & quality systems
- Food safety & quality in production lines.
In collaboration with the region and central departments, you will ensure the continuous updating and correct application of the requirements of the applicable national and international legislation.
You will maintain the relationship, as responsible and main point of contact, with the authorities that monitor and certify quality and food safety of the products and provide timely feedback to the region.
You will ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the systems required by Ferrero Group and customers (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance, FSMA, Kosher, Halal, Costco.)
You will be responsible for the evaluations and development of competencies of the industrial food safety & quality team.
