About the Role:

We are looking for an İstanbul based Business Controller who will be directly reporting to Business Controlling Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the business in achieving profitable growth by providing financial support and guidance to all teams in business unit 
• Oversee all P&L items including cost of goods sold 

SAF & budget control
• Preparing COGS during Budget and SAF processes to be consolidated in BU P&L
• Essbase responsible for simulations during forecasting periods

Controlling & Reporting
• Support all departments of the business during monthly closing activities, in terms of analysis and providing specific information
• Prepare Monthly P&L review for all brands to guide marketing teams to deliver more profitable results 
• Provide commentary in brand profitability reports to aid top management in understanding the results and significant variances compared to prior year, budget and forecast
• Monthly deep dive analysis by brand (SKU if needed) vs actuals and forecast
• Provide monthly deep dive cogs analysis Region and Area Management to understand and explain variances
• Develop reporting sets to be used for actual vs actual analysis in BU
• Work closely with Manisa Plant Controlling Team to understand COGS analysis for locally produced products
• Prepare monthly Area Board Templates and consolidate all risks & opportunity for the region 
• Prepare monthly Business Review and Region Board Presentations 
• Contribute to the finance department as a whole and perform appropriate ad hoc tasks that this may involve

• Support Area Finance team for strategic planning period by providing data and supporting on the analysis needed

Support and improvement
• Respond appropriately to queries from region board & area and group finance team
• Initiate, coordinate and track commercial processes improvements and ensure the respect of Ferrero standards and best practices
• Co-pilot the organization through business partnering responsibilities

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably +2 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especialiy Power Point and SAP module
• Creative problem solving skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Proactivity and strategic thinking
• Organized, multi-tasking, calm under pressure
• Ability to work in teams
