The role of Revenue Growth Management Manager is focused on leading the revenue growth management agenda in the Philippines, with teh responsibility for driving sustainable and profitable growth through pricing, trade investment optimization, customer planning, portfolio strategy, and commercial excellence initiatives. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders, influencing key business decisions, shaping commercial strategies, and contributing to the growth while transforming business insights into actionable strategies that support commercial performance, strengthening decision-making, and creating long-term value. 

  • Lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda in the Philippines, identifying opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Develop and implement strategies across pricing, trade investment, customer management, and portfolio optimization
  • Generate data-driven recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and business performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve commercial effectiveness and business outcomes
  • Monitor market pricing trends and competitor activity and develop pricing recommendations that support growth and strengthen market positioning
  • Identify pricing opportunities across channels, customers, and new product launches, supporting the implementation of pricing strategies
  • Analyze trade investments and promotional activities to maximize return on investment and improve commercial performance
  • Conduct pre- and post-promotion evaluations, monitor trade spend performance, and recommend optimization actions
  • Support the development of trade investment frameworks and customer guidelines to ensure commercial effectiveness
  • Partner with Sales teams on customer planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities
  • Contribute to Joint Business Planning by providing commercial insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support the development of customer strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics to support decision-making
  • Analyze market share, category trends, distribution, sell-out performance, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and promote high standards of data governance and reporting
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve channel mix, customer mix, profitability, and distribution effectiveness
  • Support commercial decision-making related to product launches and portfolio priorities
  • Ensure commercial activities comply with company policies, governance requirements, and customer agreements
  • Support the implementation and adoption of commercial systems, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across functions and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
  • Support the development and growth of team members through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, or a related commercial function within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Experience in pricing, trade investment management, customer profitability, and commercial planning
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • The ability to balance analytical thinking with practical business solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments
  • A strategic and commercially focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Curiosity and a passion for turning insights into actions
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Advances MS Office skills 
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog/Filipino, written and spoken
