The Revenue & Trade Management Manager plays a key role in driving commercial performance across Indonesia. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize trade investments, strengthen pricing strategies, and deliver data-driven insights that support sustainable growth.

This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while ensuring strong execution of trade plans in a dynamic and competitive market.

  • Manage end-to-end Trade Spend processes, including planning, approval, tracking, and claims
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and consistent adoption of tools and processes
  • Monitor trade investment performance and drive continuous ROI improvement
  • Lead monthly reviews of trade spend across customers and brands in collaboration with Finance
  • Track and analyze Gross-to-Net evolution and promotional effectiveness
  • Monitor and optimize promotion strategies, including pre- and post-event ROI analysis
  • Ensure alignment with promotional guidelines across brands and channels
  • Provide recommendations to improve promotional performance and investment efficiency
  • Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams on demand planning and forecasting cycles
  • Support budgeting processes with insights and commercial performance analysis
  • Ensure alignment between trade investments and sales plans
  • Monitor market pricing trends and competitive landscape
  • Support pricing strategy development to strengthen value positioning
  • Drive pricing implementation and identify optimization opportunities across channels
  • Analyze portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and gaps
  • Recommend actions to optimize product, customer, and channel mix
  • Support strategies that enhance profitability and customer value
  • Contribute to commercial capability development and system enhancements (e.g., TPM, DMS)
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis to support business decisions
  • Support cross-functional commercial projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of trade spend management, pricing, and commercial planning
  • Experience across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and/or Impulse channels
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactiveness, accountability, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Fluent in English and native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
