The Revenue & Trade Management Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through pricing strategy, trade investment optimization, portfolio and customer mix management, commercial analytics, governance, and capability development. The position partners closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

  • Lead the Revenue & Trade Management agenda to support sustainable and profitable growth
  • Drive commercial excellence through business intelligence, data governance, compliance, and process optimization
  • Partner with local and regional stakeholders to implement revenue growth initiatives and best practices
  • Monitor market pricing trends, competitor activity, and key commercial performance indicators
  • Develop recommendations to optimize pricing and strengthen market competitiveness
  • Support pricing strategies for new product launches and portfolio development
  • Ensure effective implementation and communication of pricing initiatives
  • Analyze Gross-to-Net performance and trade investment effectiveness
  • Monitor promotional performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment
  • Conduct pre- and post-event analyses and provide recommendations for future activities
  • Establish guidelines that improve trade spend efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities across channels and customers
  • Support product and channel mix optimization to improve profitability
  • Recommend actions to strengthen customer portfolio performance and commercial results
  • Partner with Sales teams on customer planning, promotional strategies, budget management, and performance tracking
  • Support Joint Business Planning activities through customer profitability analysis and commercial insights
  • Contribute analytical recommendations for customer reviews and strategic discussions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor commercial performance
  • Analyze sell-out trends, market share, customer performance, and competitive activity
  • Ensure high standards of commercial data governance and stewardship
  • Promote adoption of business intelligence tools across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies, trade spend governance, and contractual requirements
  • Support the review and validation of commercial agreements and customer terms
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and controls
  • Drive adoption and optimization of Trade Management and Customer Profitability tools
  • Act as a key local stakeholder for commercial systems and capability-building initiatives
  • Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and reporting solutions
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Sales Strategy, or a related commercial function
  • Analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and financial and commercial acumen
  • experience in pricing, trade investment management, customer profitability analysis, and commercial planning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making
  • Experience with business intelligence and commercial reporting tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills with ability to influence and drive change across functions
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Power BI 
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
