At Ferrero, we are committed to winning with our customers through strong partnerships and commercial excellence. As a National Account Executive – Tesco (12-month FTC), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our customer strategy within one of our most important accounts.

Working closely with the National Account Manager, you will support the development and execution of sales plans, helping to deliver against volume, revenue, and profitability targets. You will be at the heart of the customer relationship, contributing to negotiations, commercial planning, and the delivery of in-store excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a key UK grocery customer, working in a fast-paced FMCG environment where you will build strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

You will support the National Account Manager in building and delivering customer plans, ensuring alignment with Trade Marketing strategies and wider business objectives. This includes contributing to sales forecasts, monitoring performance against targets, and supporting the delivery of commercial initiatives across pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.

You will play an active role in customer development, identifying performance gaps and opportunities, and supporting the implementation of solutions to drive growth. You will contribute to joint business planning, helping to shape customer-specific strategies that deliver value for both Ferrero and Tesco.


You will support negotiations and contract management processes, preparing analysis and materials to enable effective discussions, and contributing directly where required. Alongside this, you will help maintain strong day-to-day relationships with the customer, building your understanding of their strategy and the wider market.


You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer master data and supporting key processes such as pricing updates, sales tracking, and reporting. You will monitor in-market activity, ensuring visibility of pricing and promotional execution, and communicate insights back to the wider Sales and Marketing teams.


In addition, you will support the identification of new business opportunities, including distribution gains and listing opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of the account.

You are a commercially minded and highly motivated individual, looking to develop your career within FMCG sales. You bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights that support decision-making.

You are confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You have a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate and contribute to delivering strong commercial outcomes.
