To reach sales targets of the customers assigned, developing the business of Snack channel, analyzing their performance, developing customer plans, following up on implementation.

  • Analysis and reports
  • Order Management
  • Business execution coordination and trade spending control
  • Customer Service Level KPI
  1. Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, order management, logistics and supply chain experience
  2. BS/BA degree or equivalent education/experience
  3. Proficient in MS office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, and etc.)
  4. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash management
  5. Excellent Customer Service skills including interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and teamwork skills
