Supply Chain Specialist
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Supply Chain Manager covering hazelnut receiving, storage, shipments, and inventory balances.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for raw materials in hazelnut warehouses, including effective temperature and humidity control.
- Maintain and regularly update data records in both Excel and SAP systems.
- Collect, organize, and archive documentation in compliance with established procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate and monitor the timely dispatch of company cargo, laboratory samples, and documents through courier service providers.
- Oversee the fumigation process for export products to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Arrange transportation with logistics and freight companies for both land and sea shipments.
- Prepare and manage TIR and CMR documentation.
- Under authorized power of attorney:
- Collect all necessary documents.
- Submit required documentation to relevant authorities to obtain phytosanitary certificates and declarations of conformity.
- Gather and submit all required documentation to the Customs Department of the Revenue Service for import and/or export declarations.
- Proactive and accountable approach to all work activities.
- Commitment to understanding, upholding, and promoting company values.
- Full compliance with internal policies, workplace discipline, and established reporting lines.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- Flexibility to undertake additional or evolving responsibilities within the role in response to:
- Emerging operational needs.
- Changes in Georgian legislation, customs regulations, or Revenue Service requirements.
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP system is preferred.
