3PL Commercial & SC Development Specialist

End to End Supply Chain
Job ID:
76161
Senningerberg, LU (Hybrid)
Permanent

In this role, you shape how logistics delivers value across our business. You will ensure end‑to‑end visibility and control of costs, performance, and inventory, connecting Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams, and external partners. Your work will bring clarity to decisions and help craft more efficient flows, with a real impact on how our products reach consumers.

You will take ownership of key financial and operational levers, turning data into insights that guide everyday choices and long‑term direction. By working closely with teams and partners, you will help improve service, freshness, and cost efficiency, while growing your expertise in end‑to‑end Supply Chain.

You will drive Supply Chain performance visibility by analyzing end-to-end logistics costs, service levels, inventory, and operational flows across the network. Using data and analytics, you will identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous development of our logistics and distribution model. You will ensure that operational decisions are supported by reliable analysis, clear performance reporting, and effective budget build and control.

You will build and maintain analytical models that provide transparency on costs, performance, and operational efficiency across freight, warehousing, and logistics services. By monitoring trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating data into actionable insights, you will help optimize our route-to-market, improve service level, and support sustainable business growth.

In addition, you will strengthen inventory control and financial discipline. You will analyze stock ageing, identify risks, and support improvements in accuracy and turnover. You will also manage the full procure to pay cycle for logistics, validating costs and ensuring alignment with budgets, while collaborating closely with partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

You bring 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, whether in commercial, industrial, or warehouse operations. You have worked with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, and you use tools such as Excel and SAP (ECC) to build clear insights.

You can analyze complex data, structure it, and turn it into practical recommendations. You pay attention to detail, manage priorities during closing periods, and ensure accuracy in your work. You also understand how processes connect across systems and teams.

You work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment. You communicate clearly in English and engage with different stakeholders. You are ready to learn, improve processes, and grow your expertise in Supply Chain while making a meaningful impact.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
