Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers as a Customer Service Specialist based in the vibrant city of Dubai.

This role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will embark on a dynamic journey through our Supply Chain department.

This two-year rotational program includes one year in Customer Service, and the final year in Logistics to gain hands-on experience in their respective operations.

In the first year, the role will focus on Customer Service within Supply Chain, providing hands-on exposure to managing shipments, coordinating with key accounts across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and ensuring smooth and timely order processing. This phase will build strong fundamentals in customer relationship management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery, and performance tracking through the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while contributing to continuous improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.

In the second year, the focus will expand into Logistics, offering broader exposure to inbound operations, including shipment management, monitoring delivery timelines, and handling operational escalations. The role will also involve coordinating product registrations with Dubai Municipality and supporting inventory management cycles to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency, providing a well-rounded understanding of end-to-end supply chain activities.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
