Administration Specialist
We are looking for an Administration Specialist to join the Finance team and support core administrative and accounting activities. In this role, you will contribute to the proper management of financial processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures and group standards.
Positioned within the Finance function, the role offers exposure to different accounting areas and the opportunity to contribute to both operational activities and ongoing transformation initiatives in a structured and international environment.
As part of the Finance organization, you will actively support the migration from the legacy system to SAP, with frequent interactions with internal stakeholders (Finance/IT of Ferrero Entities) as well as external stakeholders (Consultants).
You will also support accounts payable activities and supplier payment processes, working in close collaboration with different company departments to ensure timely and accurate execution. You will also contribute to general ledger accounting activities, helping to maintain the reliability and consistency of financial data.
You will be involved in monthly closing activities, supporting the preparation and reconciliation of accounts, including intercompany transactions. In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of reporting packages for group consolidation in line with international accounting standards.
You will assist in the preparation of projected and actual DCF and FCF statements, providing support in financial analysis and reporting. Your role will also include preparing summary reports to support internal stakeholders in monitoring financial performance.
Finally, you will take part in finance-related business transformation projects and collaborate with external consultants when required, contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization.
You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field and have gained previous experience in similar roles within structured organizations.
You have a good understanding of accounting principles and are interested in developing your expertise within a Finance environment.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and have familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
You are fluent in English and feel at ease in an international and dynamic context where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.
