As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for activities ranging from reporting and analysis to monitoring business performance and providing valuable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's financial performance and business growth through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and effective financial planning. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will transform complex financial data into meaningful insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide financial guidance that helps drive sustainable growth.
You will take ownership of the monthly financial closing process, ensuring the timely, accurate, and complete reporting of financial results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate the collection and validation of financial information, monitor cost allocation, and ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements and accounting standards.
A significant part of your role will involve analyzing business performance by identifying and explaining variances between actual results, budgets, forecasts, and prior-year figures across all Profit & Loss lines. Through detailed financial analysis, profitability assessments and operational controlling activities, you will provide recommendations that help drive efficiency, optimize performance, and support business objectives.
You will also be responsible for managing weekly sales reporting, monthly estimations and the preparation and circulation of key management reports. In addition, you will contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, supporting the development of accurate financial plans and ensuring alignment with company priorities and targets.
The role includes maintaining and updating the product portfolio, transfer prices, and price lists, ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial and commercial systems. Beyond regular reporting activities, you will perform ad hoc analyses and provide insights that support management in evaluating opportunities, addressing challenges and making informed business decisions.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization and make a visible impact on business performance through financial partnership and analytical expertise.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional who is passionate about understanding business performance and turning data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field and has at least 4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Planning, Controlling or a similar finance role.
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations. Your experience with financial reporting, planning and performance analysis enables you to support business decisions with confidence and credibility.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working with financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms such as SAP, and have a solid command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel. A good level of English, both written and spoken, is essential, as you will collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships across functions will help you establish yourself as a trusted business partner and contribute to the success of the wider team.
