Industrial Controlling - Curricular Internship
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Industrial Controlling team through a curricular internship, contributing to the analysis of plant performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will support the team in analyzing industrial performance, working on key KPIs and helping translate operational data into meaningful insights. Collaborating with different stakeholders, you will gain exposure to how financial processes connect with business decisions and impact overall plant performance.
The curricular internship will last six months and will be based in our Balvano site, with the opportunity to develop your thesis project.
In this position, you will support the analysis of industrial performance, working with key KPIs to understand plant efficiency and cost dynamics and helping translate operational data into meaningful insights.
You will contribute to planning activities, including budget and forecasting processes, supporting data collection, consolidation, and analysis. You will also be involved in cost estimation activities related to new projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Supporting local administrative and reporting tasks will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the reliability of financial information and alignment with internal processes.
Finally, you will collaborate with different stakeholders across functions, gaining exposure to the industrial environment and its cross-functional dynamics.
You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field and are looking for a curricular internship to complement your academic path.
You have a solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, which support your ability to analyze and present information effectively, and you may also have some familiarity with SAP.
You bring analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude. You enjoy working collaboratively in team-oriented and international environments, and you are fluent in English.
