As a Business Analyst for Trade Marketing you would be required to support to prepare, maintain & share database needs for Visicoolers in India. VisiCooler being a strategic initiative required strong control on data right from deployment, to sales, shifts, supports, compliance & governance. The role will be required to manage the admin activities like PR, PO, Payments, Service entry process for Visicoolers.
Visicooler Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain deployment database (Cooler deployed, store changes, insurance, IoT details).
- Share deployment updates with Sales MDM team & Algo team (with UOC codes, ensure FR code open for billing).
- Generate detailed sales reports (deployment status, billing, SKU/brand L3M–L6M trends, throughput, stock visibility, GR
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS & dashboards on coverage, productivity, performance and Cooler efficiency (ROI).
Compliance & Governance
- Coordinate with external vendors for new VisiCooler installations, maintenance schedules, and warranty claims.
- Maintain dashboards for real-time tracking (On/Off status, efficiency).
- Manage agreement updates and cooler efficiency reporting.
Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Track cooler placements and performance through data analytics,
- Maintain a detailed cooler tracker database, analyzing usage, ROI, and impact on product sales. Maintain detailed cooler tracker, utilization reports and agreement status.
- Proficient in Preparing professional Power Point Presentation & strong Excel skills.
PR and Service Management
- Purchase Requisition (PR): Manage the creation and approval of purchase requisitions for visicooler procurement, deployment, and maintenance services.
- Validate vendor schedules with OEM data and ensure timely PR/PO and service entries by managing the given budget.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience as MIS/ Business Analyst
- Experience and good Knowledge about Sales & Distribution/ FMCG Sector
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools
- Analytical Skills For Deriving Business Insights from business data
- Collbration Skills for all stake holder management
- Should know English & Hindi language to follow-up with Regional Team
