The role of Territory Sales Representative plays a key part in recently expanded Field Sales team in the Brisbane CBD territory. The role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellence in in-store execution and compliance to achieve ambitious display and sales targets while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Manage sales and business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including store and area/regional managers, to maximize sales opportunities during each visit
- Engage with key customer contacts to upsell major initiatives and negotiate additional display activities
- Manage the in-store execution
- Ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with in-store execution standards as defined by the My Perfect Store Guidelines
- Develop and implement plans to achieve all display and execution quality targets outlined in the Activity Execution Guide
- Guarantee the availability of all POS materials for in-store activations, including timely ordering and delivery to Local Sheds
- A strong desire to build a career in FMCG or a genuine passion for field sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and develop strong relationships
- A proactive, “Can Do” attitude and the confidence to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Previous merchandising experience will be an advantage
- A valid, clean Australian driver’s licence
