Junior Organization & Improvement Procurement
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Organization & Improvement Procurement professional to join our People & Organization function.
By covering this role, you will work alongside the Organization & Improvement Procurement & Hazelnut Company (HCo) Manager, contributing to the evolution of the Procurement organization in line with business objectives.
You will be closely connected to how Procurement is structured, governed, and continuously improved. Your mission will be to help shape organizational choices that support clear ways of working, foster alignment, and create impact across the function, while growing your professional story in a global context.
You will contribute to shaping the Procurement organizational design, including structures, integration mechanisms, and role definitions. By supporting process design and gap analyses, you will help ensure that responsibilities, workflows, and interfaces are clearly defined and effectively implemented.
Moreover, you will be involved in organizational initiatives and transformation projects addressing key organizational topics. You will support change implementation by acting as a change agent and by applying structured methodologies, tools, and frameworks that enable adoption and sustainable improvements.
As part of the Organization & Improvement Procurement & HCo team, you will contribute to defining and monitoring governance mechanisms, ensuring processes are structured, and stakeholders are engaged. In close collaboration with Group Risk and Compliance, you will support the drafting of Group Policies linked to main business processes.
You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, together with 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in Management Consulting or within an FMCG environment.
You have a solid familiarity with Procurement best practices and experience contributing to transformation projects. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and navigate large, complex organizations with confidence and structure.
You balance multiple initiatives in parallel with focus and discipline. Your experience in process design and harmonization, combined with your knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, helps you deliver results in a multicultural environment where you work fluently in English.
