INTERNSHIP Talent & Learning Luxembourg HQ (Starting from September)
As an intern in Talent & Learning at Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, you will discover how people grow at work and how learning supports our purpose.
You will explore employee development data and help turn it into clear stories that shape training actions. Through this mission, you will see the impact of learning on skills, careers, and everyday work.
You will review and analyze Individual Development Plan updates, helping translate employee data into simple insights. By observing patterns and trends, you will support the understanding of skill gaps and development progress, contributing to future training priorities.
Moreover, you will support reporting on employee progression, including development paths and growth of high potential talents. You will connect data to real people’s stories, helping the team shape a shared view of career evolution and learning impact across the organization.
Finally, you will assist with the organization of local training sessions. You will help coordinate schedules, communications, and logistics, ensuring learning moments run smoothly and feel meaningful for participants. Through this hands-on involvement, you will craft an end-to-end view of how learning becomes reality.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field, and you are curious to understand how learning supports people and performance.
You can work with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze simple datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making. You enjoy turning numbers into clear messages that others can easily understand.
You are fluent in English, communicate clearly and structure your thinking well. You can break down complex topics, build a logical story, and share insights with care and precision while continuing to grow through feedback.
