Junior Art Director - Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia)

You will join the Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) as a Junior Art Director, becoming part of an international creative team that develops 360° communication projects for Ferrero and its portfolio of brands. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow within a structured and dynamic environment, contributing to the visual and conceptual development of global campaigns.
You will work closely with copywriters, account teams, and internal stakeholders, forming strong creative partnerships and supporting the delivery of impactful ideas. This is a hands-on learning experience where you will be exposed to different markets and channels, helping you refine your creative voice while building a solid professional foundation.

You will support the development of creative concepts starting from a brief, contributing to the ideation and execution of visual assets across Above the Line, digital, and social campaigns. You will help translate ideas into compelling key visuals, layouts, mood boards, and communication materials that align with brand identity and strategic objectives.
You will collaborate daily with your creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs, participating in meetings to better understand project goals, target audiences, and messaging. Throughout the creative process, you will contribute ideas, iterate on feedback, and learn how to refine your work in line with creative direction.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in production phases, including shoots and post-production, supporting the team in ensuring that the final execution reflects the original concept. As you grow in the role, you will develop the ability to manage feedback, timelines, and multiple projects, adopting a structured and professional approach to creative work. You will stay curious and open to innovation, exploring new tools including AI-based solutions to enhance your creative process.

You bring a strong visual sensitivity and a natural curiosity for creativity, communication, and storytelling. You will bring to Ferrero a master’s degree in communication, Graphic Design, Arts or a related field, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI-based creative tools. You add value through your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset, working effectively with others while being open to feedback and continuous improvement. Your attention to detail and your desire to craft meaningful visual narratives help you support the team in delivering high-quality work.
You strengthen the team with your organizational skills and your ability to manage time and priorities, even when working on multiple tasks. Your fluency in English enables you to operate confidently in an international environment, and your flexibility and openness to new experiences allow you to grow within a global organization. You are available for business travel.
