Ferrero Australia offers an exciting opportunity to join the company in a newly created role. Working closely with the head of Revenue & Trade Management, and as part of the dynamic Trade Marketing team, this role will help guide Ferrero Australia toward more effective use of data, systems, and processes to deliver strong commercial outcomes. The Business Intelligence & Solutions Manager is responsible for the governance, accuracy, and usability of commercial data across Ferrero Australia. This role manages and optimizes data structures and reporting frameworks, ensuring they support performance tracking, strategic planning, and operational decision-making. The position also leads the governance and operational integrity of product master data flows, ensuring seamless transitions from product creation to customer delivery.
This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with teams across Sales, Finance, Supply & Demand, Marketing, IT, and external partners. The Business Intelligence & Solutions Manager champions data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement, supporting Ferrero’s commercial transformation agenda.
- Oversee commercial data governance, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business needs
- Manage and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Define and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and security
- Lead the end-to-end management of product/SKU master data flows, tracking data completeness and accuracy
- Manage data flows between Ferrero and local providers to ensure data and relationships are effective and reliable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data inputs and adherence to milestones
- Build and maintain a tracking mechanism (e.g., dashboard or report) to identify gaps in data flow or missed deadlines. Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Proactively identify and resolve data gaps or delays, flagging risks and enabling visibility across functions
- Manage local execution of commercial transformation projects, including rollout & adoption of key systems e.g. Power BI, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and applying project management best practices
- Deliver training and support to teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, data management, or a related domain. Experience in FMCG is a plus
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, reporting systems, and dashboard development
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and process improvement
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on results and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Proficiency with MS Office tools. Familiarity with SAP environment a plus
