If you are passionate about our brands and products and looking to kickstart your career in the commercial areas of a Business Unit, this path is designed for you.
Your journey will begin in Sales, where you will step into the role of Field Key Account - Piedmont.
Here, you will gain firsthand experience in executing commercial strategies and managing our presence in the points of sale of major clients.
As you grow, you will transition into Commercial Function (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Customer Service).
You will use the knowledge gained in Sales to bridge the gap between marketing and commercial execution, ensuring the best possible experience for our shoppers.

In Sales, you will connect with industry professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs, gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics. You will take ownership of your assigned area, making sure our products are always available, well-positioned, and supported by visible promotional materials.
Your visits to stores will help you identify new business opportunities, improve our positioning, and support innovative commercial strategies.
When you move into the Commercial Offices, you will have the chance to explore different functions:
- Trade&Shopper Marketing: translating strategic insights into growth opportunities for our customers and executing them in our points of sales 
- Marketing: creating compelling brand strategies and communication plans that resonate with consumers and drive long-term brand equity
- Commercial Supply Chain: ensuring product availability and efficient flow from production to shelf, aligning supply processes with commercial priorities

You bring a master’s degree in economics or marketing.
Your strong analytical skills and cultural curiosity help you understand diverse markets and consumers.
You are confident with MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
A valid driving license is also necessary, as you will be frequently visiting retail locations in your area.
