RtM Capabilities & Commercial Policies
From our Luxembourg headquarters, you will help shape how Ferrero reaches customers through Indirect Route to Market across regions and channels. You will turn commercial direction into practical ways of working for distributors and wholesalers, so markets can act with clarity, care, and compliance. Your work will improve partner performance, protect our standards, and create visible impact for teams and customers worldwide. In this permanent role within a Corporate Function, you will connect global experts and local realities, and craft simple tools that make execution easier, day after day.
You will design and evolve clear collaboration models for distributors and wholesalers, then help markets apply them in ways that fit their channel context. You will strengthen governance by aligning partner practices with commercial policies and required controls, and you will improve how performance is tracked and discussed. You will also build playbooks and capability materials that support sales force automation tools and shared standards, so teams can execute with quality and consistency. You will work closely with commercial, finance, legal, risk, and digital colleagues to remove friction and keep decisions simple and actionable.
- You shape partner frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that markets can deploy and sustain.
- You drive alignment on governance, compliance, and documentation, and you make progress easy to see.

You can translate a strategy into clear steps, write simple standards, and build materials that help others adopt new ways of working. You use facts and common metrics to guide choices, and you communicate in a direct, human way across countries and cultures. You can bring people together around decisions, handle different viewpoints with care, and keep the focus on what will improve execution and customer service.
- You bring hands-on experience with indirect Route to Market models and partner collaboration frameworks.
- You can build practical governance, playbooks, and capability content for field execution and digital tools.
