About the Role:
Ferrero UK is looking for a Media Specialist to support the Media Manager on UK&I Media guidelines definition and implementation.
You will align to yearly Media Plans at region level in total accordance with UK&I Marketing Managers. Contributing to the overall media activities and projects for UK&I and ensures the respect of Group Media Procurement standards and framework also by periodically monitoring and reporting campaign results and agencies performances.
You will lead media projects development in UK&I also driving media agencies in media projects development. While leveraging enhanced media planning tools (consumer journey, touch points planning, Budget allocation).
Contribute to the implementation of the UK&I Media guidelines and provides any potential comments and feedbacks.
On top of that, you will supervise and review Media campaign results in alignment with UK&I Manager and UK&I Marketing, ensuring that Media rules and framework are fully respected and implemented. Also supervising media agencies in developing media projects/campaigns in UK&I.
Monitor KPIs and provide feedbacks to UK&I Manager for UK&I media activations. In total alignment with UK&I Media Procurement standards and rules execute post tracking audit analysis .
You will support with updating periodically Regional Marketing Managers on Media KPIs and vice versa receives updates on Marketing KPIs. Also, supporting brand teams with competitive reporting, joint business plan reporting, Post campaign analysis and best practice sharing, and ad hoc campaign reporting.
Who we are looking for:
This will be a great opportunity if you are a Media Analyst with experience media agency side or advertiser side within FMCG, including media planning, support on implementation, evaluation of effectiveness of media campaigns. You will have knowledge of structure and organization of media market and marketing tools.
You would have a natural curiosity and consumer focus, with a keen eye for emerging trends. Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals.
