Joining our HSE Internship means becoming part of a team dedicated to maintaining safe working environments, protecting our people and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, where safety and continuous improvement are central to operational excellence.

You will be treated as an integral member of the Health, Safety & Environment team, supporting both project-based initiatives and day-to-day activities. Alongside shop floor exposure, you will gain practical insight into risk management, safety systems and continuous improvement within a global FMCG organisation.

As an HSE Intern, you will support a range of health, safety and environmental activities, including:

  • Assisting with risk assessment reviews and supporting updates to safety documentation.
  • Analysing incident, near-miss and observation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting safety initiatives, awareness campaigns and engagement activities across site.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening safety culture and compliance.

This role offers practical exposure to manufacturing safety systems, regulatory standards and operational risk management within a dynamic production environment.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting safe and responsible working practices.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong interest in workplace safety and environmental standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of learning

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical HSE skills and gain valuable insight into health, safety and environmental management within a global organisation.

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
