Field Sales Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for an Istanbul based Field Sales Analyst who will be directly reporting to Country Sales Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Field operations

  • Customer database management: consolidating the universe (ID, B2B, address, m2...+ info coming from factbooks) & clustering the database according to defined criteria
  • Coverage: supporting sectorization based on geographical split (geo-optimization project)
  • Field survey management: managing & updating the survey content (data to track), input the HQ agreements per point of sales
  • Merchandising: managing merch requests from selected 3rd party & updating the merch routings and masterdata
  • POP management: consolidating Field forecast, dispatching POP to regional warehouses, following-up the execution (success rate) & controlling the stock
  • Field activity report: consolidating info (customer & competitors) with realizations from Field & sending the relevant information to the Key Account Management/Trade Marketing Teams
  • Sales argumentation: consolidating & spreading Field argumentation coming from Key Account Management/Trade Marketing Teams & best practices from Field

2. Reporting

  • Preparing the dashboard of the Field KPI’s: extracting and defining the gaps & providing recommandations for Field Management
  • Preparing sales & stockout reports in region, person and category details; sharing the results with Field for necessary actions and updating PowerBI database
  • Following-up the incentive results of the Field: matching the output of the Field tracking system with the external check system
  • Preparing the activity tracker & rolling plan based on the customer masterplan (activity + POP)
  • Coordinating & analyzing the Field RoI projects: time & motion of the Sales Reps/merchandisers 
  • As the key project member of the new CRM tool, preparing MyPS data (gathering of Field test results) & following up the post-implementation process (continous feeding on the system & analyses)

3. Accounting & Projects

  • Budget: managing the field PO processes
  • Field budget: consolidating and following-up the given budget
  • Power BI: updating the Field Sales Dashboard, sellout and POP (WMS) execution data

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
  • Good organization, planning and time management skills
