The Field Sales Analyst supports the National Field Sales Manager (NFSM), the Field Sales Managers (FSM) and the Regional Account Representatives (RAR) in implementing the commercial strategy at both operational and technical levels.
The FSA provides in‑depth analysis of key field KPIs, manages external partners, and ensures smooth execution of field activities and tools.

By combining analytical expertise, operational coordination and strong process management, the Field Sales Analyst plays a central role in enabling the field teams to execute the commercial strategy efficiently and effectively. The main responsibilities will be:


KPI & Performance Analysis
You will be responsible for in-depth analyses, diving into field KPI dashboards and reports to extract valuable commercial insights.
Your role includes managing and continuously optimizing our company store check dashboard to ensure it remains a reliable and efficient tool.
You will also perform ad hoc analyses and deliver clear reporting for specific business requests.
Beyond pure analysis, you translate business needs into actionable data solutions, for example shaping new check out approaches.


Tools & Systems Management
You will take ownership of the CRM tool by ensuring its maintenance, smooth functioning and continuous improvement.
Enhancing existing dashboards and developing new ones when required will be part of your daily activities.
You will also support the roll out of new tools that empower our field teams, making sure they are implemented effectively.
In addition, you lead the introduction of new process flows, such as improved sales forecasting tools.

Merchandising & Third‑Party Management
You will act as the main point of contact for our external merchandising partners, ensuring smooth collaboration on day to day matters.
Managing and coordinating merchandising activities will be one of your core responsibilities.
You prepare clear and structured briefings and track the progress of all activities to ensure high quality execution in the field.
You will also proactively identify opportunities to improve our ways of working and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and impact.

Budget management
You will ensure the accurate management of the relevant budgets.
Regular tracking and reporting will help maintain transparency and control over financial performance.
Further, you make sure that all budget related activities comply with internal procedures.

Project management
You will contribute to improving existing dashboards and developing new ones whenever needed.
Supporting and enabling the deployment of new tools to the field teams will be part of your project responsibilities.
You take the lead in implementing new process flows—for example, the adoption of a revamped sales forecasting approach.
You will also turn business needs into tangible, usable data solutions, such as designing new check out methodologies.

Support to Field Sales Managers
You will train RAR teams on the correct use of field tools, including CRM, dashboards and reporting systems.
Your support will also be key in preparing materials, presentations and content for field meetings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in economics, management or marketing. 
Strong analytical skills are key for this role in managing and interpreting data. This implies solid expertise with MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI. Further, you demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting and controlling principles.
You are able to think critically and approach issues with a problem solving attitude. Your structured way of working helps you set clear priorities and manage multiple tasks with ease. Working autonomously comes naturally to you, and you show initiative and proactivity in everything you do.
Solid communication skills and fluency in French, Dutch & English allow you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
