We are looking for an E2E Planning IT Program Manager who will join the IT Department and play a key role in leading the Operational Excellence End to End Planning Program. Reporting to the IT Ind. & Supply, FS & Quality IT Platform Leader, you will lead cross domain transformational initiatives, coordinating multiple IT project streams and ensuring effective execution across all phases of the program while maintaining control over resources, budget and timelines.

You will work in close collaboration with the Planning Operating Model Business Program Manager, acting as a key point of reference for the IT stream, while regularly interacting with the Program Steering Committee and a broad range of stakeholders to provide structured updates on progress, risks and priorities and ensure strong alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.

The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the IT stream of the End to End Planning Program, a multi year Group initiative within the Operational Excellence agenda. You will ensure that program objectives will be delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines and budget, translating strategic goals into clear and actionable execution plans.

A core focus of the program will be the implementation of a new Advanced Planning System (APS) to support the evolution of the End to End Planning landscape, modernizing planning processes, systems and master data and ensuring integration within the wider enterprise ecosystem.

You will define and maintain the overall IT project operating plan, setting activities, milestones and responsibilities across the different workstreams. As the program progresses, you will cascade plans to stream leaders, coordinate execution across phases and ensure consistent progress by monitoring deliverables, dependencies and priorities.

You will work closely with business leaders, IT Centers of Excellence and external partners to ensure strong alignment between technology initiatives and business needs. When required, you will coordinate internal and external Project Managers, system integrators and vendors, ensuring collaboration and effective contribution from all parties involved.

Throughout the program lifecycle, you will proactively identify risks and opportunities, assess impacts and define mitigation or improvement actions. You will regularly consolidate and report on progress, costs and benefits, providing clear visibility to governance bodies and supporting informed decision making.

You will also play a key role in change management, supporting the transition from project delivery to operational run by coordinating handover activities and ensuring readiness of the RUN organization once solutions go live.

You hold a master’s degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field, and you bring a solid experience in program or project management roles, within complex and multinational FMCG environments.

You combine strong program and project management capabilities with knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel. You bring a solid understanding of end to end supply chain planning, supported by a strong IT background and hands on experience with SAP ERP environments and Advanced Planning Systems such as Kinaxis. Experience in large, complex transformation programs is considered a strong asset.
