Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for field operations and team development?
Are you looking for a new challenge and want to join a global family owned company?
Ferrero Scandinavia is now looking for a new Regional Field Sales Manager in Sweden.

In this role you will work in the Swedish Sales Team, reporting to the Field Sales Manager in Sweden.
You will be the important link between the Sales Representatives in Sweden and the Swedish Sales Office, as well as the support functions sitting in the Nordic HQ in Malmö, Sweden.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of trade campaigns and customer plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing sales tools, managing overheads including staff and external merchandising, and overseeing reporting processes. A key part of your role will be to lead and develop a team of field sales representatives, driving performance through coaching, planning, and execution. You will also spend significant time in the field—approximately 45 overnight trips per year—co-driving with our Sales Representatives to stay close to the market and support team growth.

To be successful, you believe you have a high school degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or field operations. Experience in FMCG is a merit. Fluency in Swedish is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Argus is considered a merit. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to lead and develop individuals and teams, who is a natural relationship builder and has solid experience in Swedish trade and FMCG. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in category management, planning, and execution are also key to this role.

This position covers the northern region of Sweden, which includes Stockholm and areas north of Stockholm. To ensure proximity to the team and customers, and to facilitate effective field support and travel we see it as a strong merit to be based in the Stockholm region.
