Key Account Supervisor - Out of Home channel

As a Key Account Supervisor for the Out of Home (OOH) channel, you will play an important role in growing Ferrero’s presence within the Food Service sector (HORECA). You will support the Head of Accounts in managing existing clients, developing new partnerships, and ensuring strong commercial execution across your portfolio.

1. Business Development
•    Identify and recruit new customers within the Out of Home / Food Service channel.
•    Promote and develop Ferrero products with new and existing clients.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with partners.
2. Customer & Channel Management
•    Prepare and lead annual client meetings: review sales conditions, propose activity plans, discuss assortments, and optimize logistics solutions.
•    Analyze client and market performance to identify growth opportunities and propose action plans.
•    Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and trade initiatives to stay ahead of the market.
3. Planning & Forecasting
•    Execute the aligned annual sales forecasts and activity plans for assigned customers.
•    Monitor customer performance versus targets and propose corrective actions when needed.
•    Provide reliable forecasts for dedicated SKUs within the food service channel, aligned with business objectives.
4. Budget & Financial Follow-up
•    Support accurate budget planning and cost control in line with Ferrero’s guidelines.
•    Collaborate with the Finance team on account reconciliations, debit/credit notes, and customer payments.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution:
•    Trade Marketing: to activate brand plans in the OOH channel.
•    Marketing: to ensure product visibility and brand consistency.
•    Finance: to track budget, payments, and profitability.

Experience:
•    Mandatory: Proven experience in the Food Service / HORECA channel.
•    Applications without HORECA experience will not be considered.
•    Minimum 3–4 years in sales or account management roles.
Education: 
• Min.  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, sales or Marketing
Skills:
•    Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
