Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in shaping and executing our trade marketing strategy.

In this position, you will contribute to annual budget planning, prepare data-driven recommendations, and support budget presentations to key stakeholders. A strong focus will be placed on monitoring budget utilization, evaluating trade marketing investments across channels and customers, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the year.

Additionally, you will oversee the timely submission of activity accruals and support compliant documentation processes related to distributor compensation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and approval of the annual promotional activity calendar, translating channel and category strategies into impactful execution plans.

Success in this role means driving the effective implementation of the annual trade marketing program, tracking performance against agreed KPIs, and continuously identifying opportunities for optimization. Post-campaign analysis will be a key part of your work, allowing you to generate actionable insights, recommend corrective actions, and present results to commercial teams. Moreover, you will keep a close eye on competitor activities and market trends, helping to shape strategic recommendations and future action plans at both country and sub-regional levels.

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment. You hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, and bring experience in analytics roles within Commercial, Marketing, or Business Analysis functions, ideally gained in FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or other multinational organizations.

A strong command of Excel is essential, and you are confident using PowerPoint to translate complex data into clear and impactful business insights. Your analytical mindset is complemented by excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in turning data into actionable recommendations.

Collaboration comes naturally to you—you are a team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders and building effective relationships across functions. Strong communication skills enable you to present findings clearly, influence decision-making, and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you are comfortable operating in an international environment and have an Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher), allowing you to communicate effectively with global colleagues and stakeholders.
