Sales Coordinator CA
Working closely with commercial teams and key stakeholders, you will create engaging presentations based on sales performance, pricing dynamics, marketing initiatives, and other critical business indicators. Additionally, you will analyze the achievement of incentive and bonus targets, providing valuable insights into the factors influencing performance and helping teams make informed decisions.
A key part of your role will involve acting as a trusted business partner, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and distributors stay informed about important updates, including pricing changes, promotional activities, and new product launches. Through your analytical expertise, you will support regional teams and cross-functional departments with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Moreover, you will consolidate data from multiple sources into clear and actionable reports, helping create a single source of truth for the business. The role also offers the opportunity to take ownership of reporting systems, driving their development, administration, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and reliable reporting processes across the region.
Beyond analytics, you will play an important role in supporting the sales function by overseeing documentation workflows within electronic document management systems and ensuring smooth, compliant processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive specialist who is passionate about working with data and supporting business decision-making. You have advanced Excel skills and confidently work with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas to analyze and structure large volumes of information. Creating impactful presentations comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable using PowerPoint to transform data into clear, engaging, and visually compelling business stories.
You bring experience in a coordinator, department assistant, analyst, or similar support role, and have successfully contributed to projects in a fast-paced business environment. Additionally, you enjoy managing multiple priorities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that tasks are delivered with accuracy and efficiency.
A strong analytical mindset is one of your key strengths, complemented by excellent communication skills that allow you to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams. You are a team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems, share insights, and achieve common goals.
