The National Account Executive supports the management of assigned customer relationships and the effective execution of agreed commercial plans. Working closely with the Account Manager, the role coordinates accurate and timely information across internal teams and customer contacts to deliver value for consumers, customers and Ferrero. This position provides broad exposure to national account management and offers an opportunity to develop commercial capability within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

  • Support the Account Manager in the day-to-day coordination of assigned customer accounts and commercial priorities
  • Prepare and submit customer promotional documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Maintain accurate trade spend accruals and support the timely completion of claims processes in SAP Trade Management
  • Provide account and performance insights to support customer forecasting and commercial decision-making
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and ensure relevant stakeholders receive clear and timely information
  • Develop field activation briefs for key customer activities and coordinate effective communication with field teams
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Commercial Planning, Retail Capability and other cross-functional teams to support high-quality execution
  • Build effective working relationships with customer buying teams and respond to requests professionally and promptly
  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Management or related fields
  • Relevant experience in sales, account support, customer service or commercial administration, ideally within FMCG, retail or a related consumer-focused environment
  • Exposure to retail customers, category management, merchandising, forecasting or e-commerce is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical capability and confidence working with reports, customer data and commercial information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP or trade promotion management systems is beneficial
