Are you passionate about partnering with commercial teams, influencing business decisions and shaping people strategies that make a real difference?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland People team. Reporting into the Head of People for Commercial as Sales & Marketing People Business Partner, you will support our commercial functions from Greenford, working across Sales and Trade Marketing.

You will build a strong understanding of business priorities and shape the people strategy that supports them. Working at both a strategic and operational level, you will connect managers with People Management expertise and help deliver the people processes that enable our business and colleagues to grow. This role is to cover maternity leave on a FTC basis.

As a People Business Partner you will partner with commercial leaders to translate business needs into effective people priorities, working closely with COE specialist teams and supporting the implementation of Group and Regional initiatives.

  • You will support workforce planning, talent identification, recruitment and mobility. You will also support the delivery of key people processes: talent review, performance management, engagement and reward.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy consultation processes, applying relevant employment law.
  • Identify learning and development needs, support organisational development and help managers navigate organisational change effectively.

You'll bring proven experience in a People or HR Business Partner role, ideally gained within a fast-paced, commercially focused organisation. You'll be comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, understanding business challenges and translating them into practical people solutions.

With strong commercial awareness and sound knowledge of UK employment legislation, you'll have experience supporting a broad range of people matters, from talent and performance management to employee relations and organisational change. Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation would be advantageous, alongside exposure to Sales, Marketing or other commercial functions.

You'll be a confident communicator who builds credibility and trust, with the ability to influence, constructively challenge and support leaders at different levels. You'll bring a proactive, collaborative approach, strong judgement and the ability to balance strategic priorities with the operational needs of the business.

Above all, you'll be passionate about developing people, strengthening business performance and making a positive impact through effective people partnering.
