Develop, drive and implement Ecommerce strategy with an integrated end to end approach in line with marketing and company guidelines. Assure the achievement of defined sales, profit and channel share targets.

Closely cooperate with Marketing and Media departments to develop the value of the brands in the specific channel fully exploiting their potential within the given guidelines and the defined brand strategies.

Drive the E-RTM strategy and its implementation managing E-distributors and E-KA development assuring coordination and coherence with off line channel strategies.

STRATEGY & PLANNING

  • Propose channel development strategy with an integrated end to end approach in line with overall company guidelines;
  • Propose channel top line targets, required investments, channel operating profit;
  • Closely cooperate with Marketing team to coherently translate overall Brand mkt strategies in Ecommerce channel strategies;
  • Closely coordinate with Commercial Planning in order to guarantee coherence of ecommerce channel strategy with off line business approach and correct definition of commercial policies and level of investments;
  • Define e-distributors e EKA development strategies to maximize the potential in the channel;
  • Cooperate with Media team in order to provide all the inputs to define a digital media approach that can maximize the channel potential;
  • Propose channel budget/P&L to company approval;

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

  • Work with marketing to develop dedicated channel sku (permanent/seasonal) according to in depth shoppers understanding;
  • Work with marketing to define product assortment to fully exploit channel potential;
  • Translate the brand strategy in an effective channel activation strategy defining specific activity plans for each of the different platforms managed;
  • Manage Trade activities and trade spending planning and control in line with the assigned budget;
  • Analyse initiatives KPI and assure trade investment optimization;
  • Assure the achievement of the identified quantitative targets (top line, margins, …) and the overall channel P&L;
  • Regularly update Demand Plans providing updated monthly forecast to Comm. Planning team;
  • Manage channel overall stock monitoring distributors coverage level, stock freshness, …;

DISTRIBUTORS MANAGEMENT

  • Define Ecommerce distributors development strategies;
  • Define distributors plans in terms of volumes, sales and investments in line with the assigned budget;
  • Monitor distributors stock according to agreed targets and product freshness;
  • Manage distributors performances and service level;
  • Manage distributors contracts in line with company policies

EKA MANAGEMENT

  • analyse customers performance and identify development opportunities;
  • Define and negotiate contracts in line with company guidelines;
  • Define account plans in terms of volumes, sales, investments in line with assigned bdg;
  • Define accounts activation and promotion plans in line with marketing activity plans;
  • Assure proper execution in different platform (visibility, promotions, …) and track the results;

ONLINE FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGEMENT

  • Website management being an expert in shopping experience, usability, store design, …

DIGITAL MEDIA

  • Closely collaborate with Mkt and Media digital team in order to provide all relevant info based on channel and shopper understanding to develop successful digital campaigns and drive traffic in the ecommerce platforms;
  • Assure coordination of marketing and digital media initiatives with channel activation;

CRM/SHOPPER DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Perform shoppers data analysis in order to generate relevant insights on channel potential development (DMP) and share results with key internal stakeholders (mkt, CMI, media, …);
  • Define CRM activities to engage current consumers and enlarge the consumer base.
