Group ITAM Tooling and Data Manager
We are looking for a Group ITAM Tooling and Data Manager who will join the IT Department and play a key role in governing the evolution of IT Asset Management tooling and data at global level. Reporting to the Group IT Asset Manager, you will act as a central point of reference to ensure that the ITAM platform ecosystem and related data are reliable, compliant and effectively supporting business and financial decisions.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, translating functional needs into system evolutions and ensuring that platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP consistently reflect accurate and high-quality data. You will work in a highly interconnected environment, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and external partners to drive alignment and continuous improvement across processes, tools and data.
The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for governing the ITAM tooling landscape and ensuring the quality, integrity and reliability of IT asset data across the organization. A key objective will be to maintain the ServiceNow ITAM platform as a trusted Single Source of Truth, enabling accurate financial planning, supporting audit readiness and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
You will oversee the evolution of ITAM processes, tools and governance frameworks, ensuring that policies are consistently applied while driving their continuous improvement. You will translate business needs into system evolutions, coordinating technical teams and system owners to implement changes across ServiceNow, SAP and other integrated platforms within a complex, multi-system environment.
Operating in a highly interconnected global ecosystem, you will act as a key interface between ITAM, the ServiceNow Center of Excellence and other domains such as Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, ITSM, Procurement and Finance. In this context, you will facilitate alignment across stakeholders, contribute to governance forums and ensure effective collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors.
A strong focus will be placed on data governance and data quality, ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy of ITAM datasets on the global scale. You will define and monitor data quality standards, drive the adoption of governance practices across regions and ensure that data supports reliable reporting and decision-making across business and IT functions.
You will contribute to the evolution of the ITAM data model and platform performance, supporting integration initiatives with enterprise systems and enhancing reporting capabilities and dashboards. This will enable greater transparency on IT assets, costs and lifecycle, supporting optimization of IT spend and more informed strategic decisions.
You will have a significant impact on financial performance by improving data accuracy, reducing licensing and compliance risks, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. You will also play a key role in sustaining audit readiness and strengthening the overall governance framework in a compliance-driven environment.
Finally, you will drive continuous improvement across processes and tools, contributing to strategic initiatives related to ITAM governance, platform roadmap definition and integration across the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability of the ITAM function.
You hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or a related field, and you bring relevant experience in roles related to IT Asset Management, data governance or IT platforms within complex and international environments.
You have a solid understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes and a strong familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, as well as experience working with integrated systems like SAP. You are comfortable operating across functional and technical domains, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and improvements.
You are used to working in governance-driven environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving initiatives forward in a complex organizational context.
