For our Ferrero Group HQ, we are looking for an IT Account Manager who will become part of our IT Consumer platform based in Luxembourg.   

As IT Account Manager for the Consumer Platform, you act as a strategic technology partner for Digital Marketing, R&D, Brand Digital Identity, Consumer Engagement, Marketing Assets and Communication, enabling business growth and innovation through the adoption, evolution and rationalization of digital platforms and emerging technologies. 

The role is key to absorbing and structuring the exponential growth of initiatives and technology exploration that are intrinsic to Marketing and R&D, transforming them into scalable, efficient and value‑driven IT solutions aligned with Ferrero standards and long‑term strategy. 

In this role you will support the coordination of the IT demand management and Joint IT – Business Plan and you will support the identification, design and delivery of business process solutions to improve the overall value and business performance; you will be in charge to guarantee scope coverage end-to-end IT solution(s) belonging to your functional domain.  

You will contribute to effective budgeting decisions, as well as Platforms’ Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and related CAPEX/OPEX management.  

Covering this position, you will manage the demand lifecycle of Marketing and R&D process evolution, with a strong focus on Digital Marketing, R&D and Digital Innovation, and contribute to the strategy and evolution of IT processes and IT service level specifically for Marketing. You will support the assessment of demand priority level and feasibility (with high level business case when required), the identification and summary of business requirements in collaboration with main business stakeholders. You will build business cases with clear and quantified benefits, supporting the development of functional design in collaboration with COEs for application design. In this role you will identify and analyse the impact of services implementation on business processes and make recommendations to improve them. 

In addition, you will support with the identification of IT priorities, budget for scope of responsibility, contributing to Platform total cost of ownership (TCO) and related CAPEX and OPEX management, to optimize IT spending and increase added value, and in defining how to allocate IT services costs to business units for managed scope of responsibility.   

At all times you will ensure excellent relations with other IT Departments and IT colleagues belonging to the Global ONE IT family by managing communication and alignment with stakeholders, building strong relationship with Business Stakeholders.   

As IT Account Manager, you will support the planning of solution implementation to meet the IT strategy and business requirements, contributing to solution design during the Business BluePrint phase and verifying that requirements fit the scope defined in the demand management phase. You will review business requests for service enhancements, as well as IT service changes requests for standards enforcement - prioritize the work, accordingly, ensuring consistency with overall IT Architecture.   

Effectively manages and strengthens vendor relationships, in alignment with Procurement. You will contribute to the definition of the Vendors’ SLA (Service Level Agreement) and related charges to the business, reporting service performance vs Service Level Agreement and proactively identifying issues and related follow up actions. Additionally, you will collect business feedback related to IT services and provide analyses highlighting areas of improvements ensuring related follow-up actions. 

With a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, and 5–7 years of experience, you bring a solid foundation to understand business processes and translate them into practical, value-driven solutions. Your experience, matured in similar roles or within Marketing and IT functions in multinational FMCG companies or Consultancy and/or digital agencies, allows you to connect digital strategy with operational execution, particularly in fast-paced international environments. 

You have a broad understanding of Digital Marketing, Web, and AI strategy, including their pace, challenges, and business impact. You are familiar with delivering digital technology projects such as responsive websites, web applications, and mobile apps, and you bring hands-on exposure to platforms and technologies including Drupal CMS, mobile app engines such as Unity, cloud computing models (SaaS and IaaS), and major providers like Azure, AWS, and Google. Your knowledge extends to OpenAI and Azure OpenAI Services, and experience with Google Analytics or social platform management will be appreciated. 

Fluent in written and spoken English, you bring strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners while ensuring business continuity. You are performance-driven, analytical, accurate, and well organized, with the ability to structure work, manage tasks and budgets, and support project delivery with attention to detail. As a self-motivated, accountable and curious learner, you enjoy taking responsibility, working as part of a team, and promoting innovation that delivers clear business value, while staying open to feedback and ready to grow your journey within Ferrero.
