We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will join our IT Department within the Industrial & Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality IT Platform.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex IT projects across multiple streams, supporting transformation initiatives within the Industrial & Supply Chain domain and related transversal programs. You will work closely with project leaders, business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. You will regularly interact with governance bodies and a wide range of stakeholders, contributing to decision making through structured communication and progress updates.

The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.

As part of the Industrial & Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality IT Platform, you will manage and coordinate IT projects covering both governance initiatives and transversal programs such as system integrations and full SAP implementations for new operations and business units, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines and budget.

In this role, you will define and maintain project operating plans by translating scope and objectives into structured execution plans, identifying key activities, milestones and deliverables and clearly assigning responsibilities across the different workstreams.

Working across project phases, you will cascade plans to stream leaders and coordinate execution across workstreams to guarantee timely and effective delivery. You will foster collaboration across teams, involve subject matter experts when required and support risk and change management activities to enable a smooth transition from project delivery to operational run.

To ensure effective project governance, you will continuously monitor progress against timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, issues and dependencies, assessing their impact and driving corrective actions when needed. You will consolidate and provide regular updates on status, risks, costs and benefits, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for governance bodies and supporting informed decision making.

You will oversee project accounting by collecting and consolidating data on costs and expected benefits and preparing regular financial overviews comparing actuals against budget and plans. Depending on project needs, you may also coordinate external project managers, system integrators and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and contribution from all parties involved.

Throughout the entire project lifecycle, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including IT Leadership, senior management, IT Centers of Expertise, business representatives and external partners, managing interactions across multiple levels and ensuring strong alignment between technology initiatives and business needs.

You hold a master’s degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, and you bring solid experience in managing complex IT projects within supply chain, manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally in a multinational context.

You combine strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, supported by a solid IT background and an understanding of end‑to‑end business processes such as Procurement to Pay, Plan to Deliver and Order to Cash. Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and ServiceNow, together with familiarity with structured project governance frameworks, will support your effectiveness in this role.

You are fluent in English and communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring business continuity throughout project lifecycles.

If you are motivated by challenges and enjoy working in dynamic, collaborative and international environments where you can make a tangible impact, this could be the right opportunity for you. Don’t miss the chance to apply!
