IT CoE Legal, IA&CC Application Specialist (Parental Leave Substitution)
We are looking for an IT Legal, Institutional Affairs & Corporate Communication (IA&CC) Application Specialist to join our IT organization for a parental leave substitution. The position sits within the IT Center of Expertise Legal, IA&CC, with a direct reporting line to the CoE Manager and is based in Alba, Italy.
This role supports the design, implementation and evolution of application solutions serving Legal, Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communication processes. The position operates in a structured and international environment, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs, technical standards and security requirements.
In this position, you will support the design and implementation of application architectures serving the Legal and IA&CC perimeter. By working closely with business leaders, IT teams and developers, you will help translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
With a focus on quality and reliability, you will contribute to the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Legal and IA&CC systems, ensuring that related processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. In this context, you will collaborate with external consultants, supporting governance and delivery activities.
You will support the monitoring and continuous improvement of IT services linked to the Legal and IA&CC scope, contributing to performance reviews and decisions aimed at achieving agreed service levels and business outcomes.
Finally, you will work in close alignment with security teams, and you will also act as project leader on specific initiatives related to the Legal and IA&CC domain.
You hold a master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field, and you bring previous experience in the design and implementation of software solutions, including SaaS platforms and web and mobile applications.
You have worked in international environments, ideally within FMCG or retail organizations with a central HQ or service company setup, and you are fluent in English, operating confidently in a global context.
As a plus, you are familiar with enterprise tools such as DocuSign and ServiceNow, and you have knowledge of solutions like Icertis. Additional familiarity with tools and SaaS services supporting Legal, Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communication processes would be appreciated.
You are comfortable working with MS Office and Business Intelligence tools, combining analytical skills with a structured problem solving approach and the ability to adapt within an existing organizational and application landscape, supporting operational continuity during a temporary assignment.
