Energy Specialist
The purpose of this role is to make the more sustainable on the energy front. We expect the person should define the energy saving project & drive on shop floor in terms of energy saving project.
To coordinate & support on day to day basis with U&F Manager for the monitoring the energy trends & analysis the consumption patterns, Give insights to do improvement on energy part.
• Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle.
• Implement, maintain and improve Quality Master Plan for factory
• Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department
• Energy Specialist for Define & Implement energy projects Feasibility
• Drive the Energy Management Programs like Green Weekend & Energy days
• Undertaking and completion of energy projects
• Invoice Management: Responsible for managing, reconciling the invoicing of the Utilities
• Understanding of the Energy Requirements , Data Management & Monitoring part with Utility Team
• Internal and external communication with relevant Stakeholders on Energy Management Systems
• Drive at least two projects independently in which conceptualization, planning, Budgeting , Execution, Capitalization & Financial Bookings needs to be complete .
• Management of day to day energy management systems along with the internal stakeholders to improve the energy management systems.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification as an Energy Manager.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
- Technical Knowledge of Utilities management and Sustainability topics.
- Having expertise on Energy Audits & Energy Management System.
