We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. This role is responsible for achieving production targets, fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

  • Promote a strong safety culture across the plant by leading by example, driving safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and encouraging employee engagement in health and safety practices.
  • Ensure agreed production plans are executed within the defined timelines, optimizing costs and guaranteeing product quality.
  • Manage and control key production factors (including safety and quality), ensuring the stability and efficiency of the production process.
  • Participate in daily production meetings (SIM 3) and weekly production meetings (SIM 4).
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
  • Develop and manage the Production Master Plan, including Capex investments, KPI tracking, and operational objectives.
  • Implement projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement (including 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, and SMED methodologies)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in a Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
