Category & Shopper Marketing Manager Bevande/Gelati

As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will drive category growth by analyzing shopper trends, market dynamics, and category performance. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams, you will transform insights into strategies that strengthen our brands and create value for both shoppers and customers.
You will identify growth opportunities by analyzing shopper behaviors, consumption trends, and market evolution across channels and store formats. You will develop business recommendations to support innovation, category expansion, and product launches, while contributing to sales forecasting and performance reviews.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams to define category growth strategies, support assortment and innovation plans, and deliver Category Management projects with key customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities.
You bring a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with some years of experience in Marketing, Trade & Shopper Marketing, Customer Management, or Shopper Insights roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
You bring a strong understanding of shopper behaviors and category dynamics, combined with solid analytical skills and experience working with Nielsen, IRI, and consumer research data. Your ability to turn insights into actions helps drive business growth and stronger customer engagement. You are comfortable working with digital tools and business applications, including advanced Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, and you communicate fluently in Italian and English.

The role is classified at Level Quadro 1S under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 10% of base salary.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
