If you are passionate about marketing and communication and want to help shape the future of one of our most iconic and refreshing brands, this could be your next challenge.

As a Brand Manager for Estathé, you will significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands.  You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects.  You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, Media, Research, Trade Marketing and Finance to bring marketing campaigns to life, from concept to execution,  while ensuring consistency with brand values and performance ambitions.

You will support the Senior Brand Manager in developing the annual brand plan, including objectives, volumes, sales mix, P&L and activity plans, leveraging market, competitor and consumer insights to drive informed decisions. You will manage the brand budget and monitor the effectiveness of investments, while continuously tracking business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to forecasts and corrective action plans.

You will ideate, shape and implement the annual activity grid, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across all initiatives. Working closely with creative and media agencies, you will oversee campaign development, media planning and consumer promotions, while monitoring media and digital performance and recommending optimization opportunities. You will stay up to date with consumer trends, emerging platforms and activation opportunities, evaluate agency performance against quality, timing and budget expectations, and ensure consistency with brand positioning, communication strategy and guidelines across all consumer touchpoints. You will also ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.

You will monitor brand performance across sales, volumes, gross margin and marketing contribution, supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will manage limited-edition packaging and portfolio development projects, assess brand positioning and portfolio performance versus competitors, and identify opportunities across new products, segments and categories. In close collaboration with the R&D team, you will contribute to business-case development and coordinate the development, launch and post-launch evaluation of approved innovations.

You will monitor sales, market and consumer KPIs, translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans. You will also support research projects aimed at evaluating brand health, consumer behaviour, product preferences and promotional effectiveness.

You will lead assigned brand projects and campaigns, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Media, Research, Legal and Procurement teams to deliver business objectives.

You hold a Master's degree in Marketing Management and have gained solid experience in Marketing, ideally within a multinational environment. You have previous experience as a Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager or in a comparable marketing role, with solid exposure to brand planning, campaign execution, budget management and cross-functional projects.

You have developed experience within the FMCG industry or in consumer goods business development, covering both modern trade and out-of-home channels. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and are comfortable working with Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools. Experience with Circana is required.

You are fluent in English and combine strong analytical capabilities with a business-oriented mindset, enabling you to translate market and consumer insights into effective actions and recommendations.
