Brand Manager

You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects. You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team.
Marketing Strategic Planning
•Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing the annual brand plan, including objectives, volumes, sales mix, P&L and activity plans, based on market, competitor and consumer insights.•Manage the brand budget and monitor investment effectiveness.•Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to forecasts and corrective action plans.
Advertising, Media and Consumer Engagement
•Shape and implement the activity grid in coordination with Regional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.•Manage creative and media agencies across campaign development, media planning and consumer promotions.•Monitor media and digital campaign performance and recommend optimizations.•Identify relevant consumer trends, platforms and activation opportunities.•Evaluate agency performance against quality, timing and budget requirements.•Ensure consistency with brand positioning, guidelines and communication strategy across all consumer touchpoints.•Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Portfolio, Innovation and Business Development
•Monitor brand performance across sales, volumes, gross margin and marketing contribution.•Manage packaging, labelling and portfolio development projects.•Assess brand positioning and portfolio performance versus competition.•Identify and evaluate opportunities across new products, segments and categories, including business-case development.•Coordinate the development, launch and post-launch evaluation of approved innovations.
Research and Market Analysis
•Monitor sales, market and consumer KPIs, translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans.•Support research projects to assess brand health, consumer behaviour, product preferences and promotional effectiveness.
Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Lead assigned brand projects and campaigns, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.•Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Media, Research, Regional Marketing, Legal, Procurement and the NAF General Manager.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, communication or sales
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
- Previous experience as Assistant Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager, or equivalent marketing role, with exposure to brand planning, campaign execution, budget management, and cross-functional projects
- Experience in FMCG or consumer goods in North African markets or similar emerging markets
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools; NielsenIQ knowledge; SAP is a plus
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic
