Junior Brand Manager -Parental Leave
We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager who will support the Senior BM and the Marketing Manager in the strategic development of innovative projects for the Kinder Bueno brand.
Supporting a broad range of activities, you will be involved in new product development projects, data analysis and the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative market research results. You will also contribute to the preparation of briefs and the coordination of internal processes related to recipe and format/template management.
The position is based in Alba (CN), Italy.
Support the Senior BM and the Marketing Manager in the strategic process of medium- and long-term innovation, contributing to the development of the full marketing mix and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business priorities. Collaborate with key functions, including Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling and Operations, to ensure successful project industrialization while monitoring timelines and deliverables to achieve planned objectives.
Contribute to consumer research activities by supporting the Consumer & Shopper Understanding (CSU) team briefing process, participating in qualitative and quantitative research initiatives and analyzing results to identify opportunities for marketing mix optimization. Coordinate the production of samples and mock-ups with UPS/DTC Labs and external agencies to support project development and decision-making.
Support packaging design and communication activities through the preparation of briefs for design and communication agencies, participation in the evaluation of proposals and coordination of implementation activities. Ensure effective management of external suppliers involved in mock-ups, artworks, shootings and related deliverables. Contribute to the improvement of Piano Statico execution to maximize market impact, shelf visibility and product potential, while ensuring the preparation and sharing of brand guidelines with countries and overseeing template creation and artwork certification activities.
Collaborate with Area Marketing and Business Unit colleagues to define successful launch plans and evaluate roll-out opportunities through market testing and research. Contribute to the development and assessment of the full marketing mix across countries, considering consumer insights, market dynamics, quality standards and profitability objectives.
Conduct global marketplace analyses to monitor new product launches, identify emerging trends and generate insights that can support innovation and brand growth opportunities.
Support legal and regulatory activities by supervising the timely creation of ingredient lists and nutritional information, as well as trademark registration and renewal processes.
You hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Initial experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation, Category Management or other commercial functions is considered a plus.
You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, combined with a genuine interest in consumer behavior, innovation and brand development. Solid project management and organizational capabilities enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders and functions. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, you are curious, proactive and eager to learn within a dynamic international environment.
